【摘 要】 目的：探析性腰与硬膜外联合麻醉的剖宫产患者采用体位干预对仰卧位低血压综合征(SHS)患者的改善情况。方法：将本院2018年5月-2019年5月期间收治的60例合并SHS的剖宫产患者随机分为两组行对比研究。实验组行体位护理;对照组行常规护理。结果：实验组患者的药物升压率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：SHS患者应用体位护理干预能有效降低患者使用药物升压的概率，有利于患者的恢复。

    Abstract：

    Objective：to investigate the improvement of postural intervention in patients with supine hypotension syndrome (SHS) in cesarean section under combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia. Methods：60 cesarean section patients with SHS admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups for comparative study.
